This Privacy Policy explains how Univation Games (“Jumbler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Jumbler mobile game and related services (the “Service”).

When you create or sign in to an account, we may process:
Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not stored by Jumbler in readable form.
If you use Google sign-in, Google may provide account identifiers and basic account information according to your Google account settings and Google’s privacy policy.
We process information needed to operate the game, including:
If you enable notifications, we may process an Expo push token, notification preference, time zone, platform, app build, and a limited device label such as device brand and model. We use this information to deliver notifications, synchronize local-time challenges, prevent duplicate device registrations, and troubleshoot compatibility.
The app may store session, onboarding, preferences, and temporary gameplay state locally on your device.
Jumbler requests camera access only when you choose to scan a friend’s QR code. Jumbler does not record or upload camera video or images. The QR value detected by the scanner is sent to the Service to process the friend connection.
Jumbler may show rewarded advertisements through Google Mobile Ads. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad impressions, ad interactions, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals, subject to their policies and the choices available on your device and in your region. Rewarded ads are used to unlock eligible in-game rewards, such as clues.
If premium purchases are enabled, purchases are processed by the relevant app store and RevenueCat. Jumbler receives purchase and entitlement information needed to provide premium access. Jumbler does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
We may record gameplay events, mode and difficulty, feature usage, error information, diagnostics, and security or anti-cheating signals. We use these records to operate the Service, improve balance and reliability, investigate abuse, and protect the game.

Service providers process information for authorized purposes and apply their own privacy and security safeguards. Their privacy policies may also apply.
We retain account and gameplay information while it is needed to provide the Service, maintain records, enforce rewards and game integrity, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or protect the Service. Retention periods may differ by data type.
You may request deletion of your Jumbler account and associated personal data at https://richardikang.github.io/Jumbler-policy/delete-account.html.
You may also email richkg22@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject Jumbler Account Deletion and include your Jumbler username. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Account deletion removes or anonymizes the account profile, authentication record, gameplay progress, scores, leaderboard entry, social connections, multiplayer records, push-notification token, and in-game reward balances associated with the account. We may retain limited information when necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained. We will confirm completion after the request is processed.
Deleting a Jumbler account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription. Any active subscription must be managed through the applicable app store.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access controls and encrypted connections in transit through our service providers. No service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and protect your device and account credentials.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also control camera, notification, advertising, and purchase permissions through device or app-store settings.

Jumbler is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in the user’s jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact richkg22@gmail.com so we can investigate and delete it when appropriate.
Jumbler and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
The Service may link to or use third-party services, including Google, Google Mobile Ads, Supabase, Expo, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review those policies.
We may update this policy when the Service, our data practices, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
